A 4-amino-acid synthetic peptide originating from St Petersburg gerontology research. Characterised in published Russian literature for telomerase and pineal-gland research.
Everything researchers commonly ask us, answered in one place.
Yes. Every batch is independently tested using HPLC analysis.
All Epithalon supplied is verified by Janoshik Analytical, an independent peptide-analysis laboratory based in the Czech Republic. Reported purity results consistently exceed 99%.
When a Janoshik report is available for the current batch, a printed Certificate of Analysis (COA) is included with the order. If the report is not included, the batch verification record is published on our Purity page.
Each COA contains a unique verification key that can be authenticated through Janoshik’s own verification system, allowing researchers to confirm results independently.
1. Clean the vial
Use an alcohol prep wipe to clean the vial stopper and allow it to dry.
2. Draw bacteriostatic water
Using an insulin syringe, draw 2 mL of BAC water.
3. Add slowly to the vial
Inject the BAC water carefully down the inside wall of the vial. Avoid applying liquid directly onto the powder.
4. Dissolve gently
Swirl the vial until the powder has fully dissolved. Do not shake. Allow approximately 30 seconds before refrigerating.
For future reference, use the reconstitution guide included inside the packaging.
Attach a new needle
Clean the pen tip using an alcohol wipe and attach a fresh sterile needle.
Prime before use
Dial one click, hold the pen with the needle pointing upward, and press the dose button. A small droplet at the needle tip confirms successful priming and removal of air.
Select the research setting
Each dial click represents a fixed increment depending on calibration. The display shows the total selected amount.
Example: a 6 mg research setting may require approximately 6–12 clicks depending on calibration.
Follow routes described in published research
Published research protocols describe subcutaneous administration sites including the abdomen, thigh, and upper arm.
After use
Each pen provides the number of uses shown for the selected size. When empty, replace the cartridge while continuing to use the same pen body.

Published Epithalon research describes subcutaneous administration routes, including areas such as the abdomen, thigh, and upper arm within research settings.
Researchers commonly rotate administration sites between applications to reduce repeated local tissue stress.
This information is provided solely as scientific context from peer-reviewed literature. We do not provide human-use guidance, dosing instructions, or administration protocols.

Published Epithalon literature commonly evaluates structured research protocols involving staged progression.
Researchers should follow the appropriate protocol framework for their study design.
Those beginning work with Epithalon typically review the initial research phase before progressing through later stages.
Researchers familiar with Epithalon can use protocol information to determine appropriate research requirements and compare available product formats.
For non-standard laboratory protocols, contact our team before ordering. We can help identify the most suitable vial size based on your planned research requirements.

Epithalon (Epitalon) is a synthetic tetrapeptide consisting of the amino acid sequence Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly. It is derived from research involving epithalamin, a pineal gland peptide preparation.
Scientific literature characterises Epithalon in relation to telomerase expression studies and cellular research models.
The product is supplied as a lyophilised powder intended exclusively for laboratory research.
The information above describes published scientific characterisation and does not represent claims regarding effects in humans.
Epithalon is supplied as a freeze-dried powder in a sealed glass vial.
For laboratory preparation:
A reconstitution calculator can be used to determine the final concentration (mg/mL).
| State | Temperature | Typical Stability |
|---|---|---|
| Lyophilised | 2–8°C or -20°C | Up to 24 months |
| Reconstituted | 2–8°C | Approximately 4–6 weeks |
Every Epithalon batch undergoes independent HPLC verification by Janoshik Analytical.
Where available, the batch Certificate of Analysis includes a unique verification key that can be authenticated against Janoshik records.
Reported purity consistently exceeds 99%.
