A long-acting GLP-1 receptor agonist consisting of GLP-1(7-37) analogue molecules linked to a modified human IgG4 Fc fragment.
Find answers to the questions researchers ask us most often.
Yes. Every batch undergoes independent HPLC purity testing by Janoshik Analytical, an independent peptide analysis laboratory based in the Czech Republic.
Our reported purity consistently exceeds 99%.
Where available, a printed Certificate of Analysis (COA) is included with your order. If a COA has not yet been issued for the current batch, the verification record can be found on our Purity page.
Each certificate includes a unique verification code that can be validated directly through Janoshik’s verification portal, providing independent confirmation of the analytical results.
Clean the vial stopper using one of the supplied alcohol wipes and allow it to dry completely.
Using an insulin syringe, draw 2 mL of bacteriostatic (BAC) water from the supplied vial.
Slowly inject the BAC water down the inside wall of the peptide vial. Avoid spraying the liquid directly onto the powder.
Gently swirl the vial until the powder has completely dissolved. Do not shake. Refrigerate after reconstitution.
A quick-reference reconstitution guide is included inside the product packaging.
Clean the pen tip with an alcohol wipe, then securely attach a new sterile needle.
Turn the dose dial one click, hold the pen upright, and press the injection button until a small droplet appears at the needle tip.
Each click delivers a fixed dosing increment based on the pen calibration. Adjust the dial according to your research protocol.
Published studies have used subcutaneous administration in the abdomen, thigh, or upper arm. Rotate sites between administrations where applicable.
Dispose of the used needle in an approved sharps container, replace the pen cap, and refrigerate.
One refill cartridge provides the number of doses specified for your selected protocol and pen size.

Once opened, refrigerate and use within 30 days.
Published pharmacokinetic and Phase II/III studies investigating dulaglutide have utilised subcutaneous administration, typically in the abdomen, thigh, or upper arm. Research protocols generally rotate administration sites to minimise local tissue irritation.
This information is provided solely as background from published scientific literature and should not be interpreted as instructions for human use.

Published research involving dulaglutide typically follows a gradual titration schedule, beginning with a lower dose before increasing at predefined intervals.
Researchers should follow the protocol relevant to their study design. Gradual titration has been commonly employed in the literature to minimise gastrointestinal adverse events during clinical investigations.
If your research follows a non-standard protocol, our team can help identify the most appropriate product size based on your planned schedule.

Dulaglutide is a GLP-1 receptor agonist engineered as an Fc-fusion protein, providing a prolonged half-life compared with native GLP-1. It is supplied as a lyophilised powder for in-vitro laboratory research only.
Descriptions provided are based on published scientific literature and should not be interpreted as claims regarding clinical outcomes or therapeutic effects.
Dulaglutide is supplied as a sterile lyophilised powder in a sealed glass vial.
For laboratory reconstitution, slowly add the desired volume of bacteriostatic water down the inside wall of the vial. Swirl gently until fully dissolved. Avoid vigorous shaking or vortexing.
Store reconstituted solutions at 2–8°C and use within 4–6 weeks, depending on laboratory protocol.
