A 5-amino-acid selective ghrelin-mimetic GH secretagogue. The most selective GHS-R1a compound for research purposes.
Everything researchers commonly contact us about, explained clearly in one place.
Yes. Every batch is independently verified using HPLC analysis by Janoshik Analytical, a Czech laboratory specialising in peptide testing and operating independently from us. Reported purity results consistently exceed 99%.
If a Janoshik Certificate of Analysis (COA) is available for the current batch, a printed copy is included with your order. If no printed report is provided, the verification record is made available through our Purity page.
Every COA includes a unique verification code that can be checked directly through Janoshik’s own verification system. This allows researchers to confirm the results independently.
We also provide guidance on understanding Janoshik HPLC reports and interpreting the information contained within them.
Follow these four steps:
Clean the vial tops using an alcohol prep wipe from the supplied kit. Allow the surface to dry completely.
Using one of the supplied insulin syringes, withdraw 2 mL of BAC water through the rubber stopper.
Introduce the BAC water gradually down the inside wall of the peptide vial. Avoid directing the liquid directly onto the powder.
Swirl the vial carefully until the powder has completely dissolved. Do not shake. Allow approximately 30 seconds for full dissolution before refrigerating.
The reconstitution card inside the box lid can be used as a quick reference for future preparation.
Clean the pen tip with an alcohol wipe, then attach a new foil-wrapped needle securely to the threaded end.
Turn the dial by one click, hold the pen upright with the needle pointing upwards, and press the dose button. A small drop appearing at the needle tip confirms successful priming and removal of trapped air.
Each dial click represents a fixed increment determined by the pen calibration. Resolution is typically 0.5–1 mg per click. The display window shows the total selected amount.
Example: a 6 mg research amount may correspond to approximately 6–12 clicks depending on calibration.
Published cohort protocols describe subcutaneous administration in areas such as the abdomen, thigh and upper arm. Researchers commonly rotate administration sites.
Dispose of the needle in an approved sharps container. Replace the pen cap and return the pen to refrigerated storage.
Each pen provides the number of uses specified in the protocol information for the selected size. Once empty, the cartridge can be replaced while continuing to use the same pen body.

Published research involving Ipamorelin describes subcutaneous administration routes, including areas such as the abdomen, thigh and upper arm in pharmacokinetic and clinical research settings.
Researchers commonly rotate administration locations during studies to minimise repeated stress to the same area.

The appropriate approach is to follow the established research protocol.
Published literature involving Ipamorelin commonly uses a gradual titration approach, beginning with lower levels and progressing at defined intervals. The highlighted phase in the protocol materials represents the stage where many research groups continue ongoing investigations.
Researchers new to this compound generally review the initial research phase before progressing through later stages according to their study design.
Researchers with previous experience can select the appropriate phase information to review the required vial or pen format, expected duration and associated costs.
For non-standard research schedules, contact our team before ordering. We help researchers identify the most suitable format based on their planned study requirements.

Ipamorelin is a synthetic pentapeptide described in scientific literature as a selective agonist of the ghrelin/growth hormone secretagogue receptor pathway. It is supplied as a lyophilised powder intended exclusively for laboratory research applications.
The information above describes the compound’s scientific characterisation in published literature and does not represent claims regarding effects in humans.
Ipamorelin is supplied as a freeze-dried powder contained in a sealed glass vial.
For laboratory preparation, add the required volume of diluent slowly along the inside wall of the vial. Gently swirl until fully dissolved. Avoid shaking or vortex mixing.
Prepared solutions should be stored refrigerated at 2–8°C and protected from light.
Use the Reconstitution Volume Calculator to determine the resulting concentration in mg/mL.
| Form | Temperature | Typical Shelf Life |
|---|---|---|
| Lyophilised | 2–8°C or -20°C | Up to 24 months |
| Reconstituted | 2–8°C | Approximately 4–6 weeks |
Every Ipamorelin batch supplied undergoes independent HPLC verification by Janoshik Analytical.
Where a current batch report is available, it is supplied with the order and includes a unique verification key that can be authenticated against Janoshik’s records.
Reported purity consistently exceeds 99%.
