Shipping & Refund Policy

1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are shipped only after the corresponding batch has passed our third-party testing. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
2. Shipping Methods and Timelines
We ship via DPD and Royal Mail. Estimated delivery is 1–3 business days within the United Kingdom after dispatch. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed; delays by carriers are outside our control.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United Kingdom. It is the Customer’s responsibility to confirm that the materials may be lawfully received at the shipping destination. We are not responsible for orders seized, delayed, or returned by customs or other authorities.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Any applicable taxes are the Customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
5. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders
Inspect your order on arrival. If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or is incorrect, contact us at enquiries@vantixbio.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs where relevant. We will work in good faith to resolve verified issues by replacement or refund of the affected item(s).
6. Refunds and Returns
Final Sales Policy
Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final. For the safety and integrity of research compounds, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or unsealed materials, and we do not resell returned materials.
Refunds or replacements are provided only in the following cases:
- The product arrived damaged, defective, or materially not as described, and was reported within the window in Section 5.
- An order was not delivered and the issue is confirmed with the carrier.
- We cancelled or could not fulfill your order.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect ordering by the Customer, or for materials that have been opened.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they enter fulfillment by contacting enquiries@vantixbio.co.uk promptly. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
